"04.28.07 B" So by now you know that the story of Dug stuck in the bunny costume is a 7-part story, right? You don't? Well...you should come here more often then!!! I mentioned it like 6 or 7 posts ago. SHEESH....get your priorities straight and check my blog more often!
So you're asking yourself...where is "04.28.07 A" , right? You're not? Well...go ahead and ask yourself that question. Go ahead. I'll wait....
Back so soon? Good. Here's the explanation. Try to keep up!
You'll recall that this 7-part series was originally created in 2005 but never saw print. So, I decided to use this series of comics for my April submissions to The Hometown Connection, but I had to trim 3 parts of the series out, since there are only 4 weekends in April. Part 1 ran as is. Part 2 was cut (but can be seen here on the blog!) and part 3 became the new part 2. Part 4 became the new part 3, and part 5 and 6 were labelled "04.28.07 A" and "04.28.07 B" because I didn't know which one I wanted to use yet. Part 7 is in a 'Sunday comic format' and will either have to be cut entirely or redrawn to fit into a standard 'daily comic format'. So, I decided on using this comic you see here, "04.28.07 B", (the original part 6) as my new part 4. Part 5 (the newly named "04.28.07 A") has been cut and pasted into May's grab bag of comics and has been renamed a third time as "05.26.07". So...there you have it. If you're not confused, congratulations!!! If you are confused, reread it until you're not. Trust me...it all makes sense eventually.
