So next Tuesday, May 8th will be my 'official' birthday. The funny thing is I get so caught up in all the other things that I do, it truly has become 'just another day'. Currently I have the East Art Show this weekend, so I'm spending a ton of extra time in the school hanging artwork, and getting things ready for that. Also, our 4th grade musical is coming up and I run a stage crew full of fourth graders building and painting sets which is a ton of fun...but also lots of extra work. Next weekend is my daughters' dance recital and I've volunteered to do some stuff for their stage set up as well, so that needs to get done (...and is looking pretty sweet if I do say so myself...). Finally, I've dedicated some time to painting a nice big Hawaiian scene for Relay for Life which is in three weeks as well. So...I've got plenty on my plate, and I just don't have any time to spend a day getting older. I also don't have time to go see Spiderman 3 this weekend which utterly STINKS! I mean, sheesh...you'd think Sony would've checked my schedule first before deciding on a release date. grrrr.....
