I DIG DUG is an insanely hilarious comic created by the insanenly hilarious Douglas Weller. I DIG DUG first saw print in "Tne Lantern", The Ohio State University daily newspaper, from 1999-2001. IDD also saw print in "The Hometown Connection", Marysville, Ohio's weekly newspaper from 2006-2009. Currently, IDD is on hiatus while I concentrate on "Lost on Earth" which I'm designing as a web-comic. Syndication, action figures, cartoons, and a live action movie deal can't be too far behind.

You will never believe it!!!! You know how since like first grade I have been telling you that I was going to move. Well.... I am not a liar. We have a house in P.C now and just starting to move everything in on Saturday. I guess that you could call me psychic! lol

How did you come up with these characters??i know that dug is you but what about carrie and matt...thats his name right?? who inspired you??oh and i love the way u take things that are happening right now....like new movies and then make them into comics...its very fun and interesting!!
Well, Melmack...Carrie is indeed based on my wife, and Matt is based on my best friend since middle school. What inspired me? Wow...that's a lengthy story. Give me some time, and I'll post how I DIG DUG began in one of my future comic posts. Matter of fact...I'll post something this weekend.
i cant wait to find out!! sounds cool. so i have this insider with my friends that deals with tacos and i must know if you like tacos?? which kind.....soft shell or hard shell???
