I like it when comics do something so strange and unpredictable that it makes you look at the comic in a whole new light. This was my attempt to do something strange and unpredictable. Humor wasn't exactly my intention with this, as I wanted to do this really cool comic featuring the feet of the I DIG DUG characters. I would've also included Matt, but alas, I did not have one of his shoes available to look at as I was writing/drawing this. Additionally, it adds to Carrie's continuing quest to understand Dug's artistic side; a theme that I've used time and time again throughout I DIG DUG's 'life' as a comic. The only downfall of this comic, and something you might have asked yourself as you read it...what the heck are Dug and Carrie standing on?!? I mean...where's the ground?!? I'll fix that in Photoshop for the color version. L8R!!!
