"Cartoon Verions of Cartoons"

This week's humor came to me as I was drawing last week's comic. It seemed funny to me that Dug, Carrie and Matt...already cartoon versions of the real myself, Carrie, and Matt...were creating cartoon versions of themselves (Miis) on the Nintendo Wii. So basically we have cartoon versions of cartoons!!! I know it's not drop down belly laughter...but I still thought it was funny and it inspired this week's comic which will run in this weekend's Hometown Connection. Or at least...I think it will. Did anyone get the paper last week? We didn't get ours, and I haven't seen it around town. I'm hoping all is well and they're getting my comics. Well...at least there's always the 'net!
